We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality hot and cold beverages, operating the till and processing payments, handling customer enquiries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Duties include food preparation, maintaining stock levels, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy coffee shop. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and food items.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Operate cash registers and process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer and work areas in line with food safety regulations.
• Restock products and monitor inventory levels.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Barista experience is desirable but not essential as training can be provided.

Pay: €9.91-€14.15 per hour
