Job Summary:
The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting doctors during procedures, maintaining clinical hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the clinic. The role requires strong clinical skills, patient handling ability, and adherence to safety and quality protocols.
Key Responsibilities:Patient Care & Clinical Support
- Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and minor treatments.
- Prepare patients for procedures and ensure their comfort and safety.
- Perform vital checks including BP, pulse, temperature, etc.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update documentation as required.
Clinical Operations & Maintenance
- Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and treatment rooms.
- Manage medical supplies, consumables, and inventory levels.
- Follow infection control standards and clinical safety protocols.
- Handle biomedical waste as per guidelines.
Customer Service & Communication
- Provide clear pre-procedure and post-procedure instructions to patients.
- Address patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with the front desk and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Administrative & Compliance
- Maintain daily logs and reports related to clinical operations.
- Ensure adherence to clinic policies, protocols, and quality standards.
- Support overall clinic operations as required by the management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing (Registered with State Nursing Council).
- 1–4 years of experience in a clinic, hospital, or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong patient-handling and clinical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of sterilization, inventory management, and clinical protocols.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time (Clinic hours as per QHT Clinic schedule)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,769.10 - ₹20,000.00 per month
