Staff Nurse provides direct patient care by assessing needs, administering medications/treatments, monitoring vitals, documenting conditions, educating patients/families, and collaborating with the healthcare team to implement care plans in settings like hospitals or clinics, ensuring patient safety and optimal recovery. Key duties involve technical skills (injections, wound care), critical thinking, empathy, and teamwork, following the nursing process (assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate). Key Responsibilities
- Direct Patient Care: Administering meds, monitoring vitals, assisting with procedures, providing hygiene, feeding, and comfort.
- Assessment & Planning: Conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, and evaluating outcomes.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and monitoring progress.
- Collaboration: Working with doctors, other nurses, and staff for holistic patient care.
- Patient/Family Education: Teaching about conditions, treatments, and recovery.
- Technical Tasks: Performing injections, IVs, wound care, and operating medical equipment.
- Ward Management: Ensuring a clean, safe environment and managing admissions/discharges.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.88 per month
