Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Assessment

  • Welcome and assist patients during their clinic visit
  • Record and monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation, weight, height and BMI
  • Prepare patients for doctor consultations and clinical procedures
  • Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
  • Ensure patient comfort, safety and privacy at all times

Clinical Support

  • Assist doctors during consultations, examinations and procedures
  • Prepare consultation rooms and treatment areas before patient appointments
  • Ensure availability and proper functioning of clinical equipment
  • Assist in minor clinical and aesthetic procedures as required
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols

Clinic Operations

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of consultation and procedure areas
  • Monitor inventory of medical supplies and consumables
  • Coordinate with reception, doctors, dietitians and physiologists to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Report equipment maintenance requirements and stock shortages

Quality & Compliance

  • Follow nursing standards, clinic policies and infection control guidelines
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards

Qualifications

  • GNM or B.Sc Nursing
  • Valid nursing registration preferred
  • Freshers and experienced candidates may apply

Preferred Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Experience in OPD, diabetes care, obesity clinics, aesthetic clinics or hospitals will be an advantage
