Join Our Team at Cowper Care – Delivering Excellence in Person-Centred Nursing Care
Cowper Care is seeking dedicated Staff Nurses to join our compassionate team at our Nursing Home in Dublin.
This is a Full-time position – 39 hours per week.
Garda Vetting and a clean medical will be required for the successful applicant.
Applicants must submit a detailed CV outlining all relevant experience/training to date.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Support residents in social, recreational, and educational activities
- Adhere to best nursing practices and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Nursing qualification and NMBI registration
- Knowledge of HIQA’s National Quality Standards for Residential Care Settings
- Understanding of dementia care and older persons' needs
