Cowper Care is seeking dedicated Staff Nurses to join our compassionate team at our Nursing Home in Dublin.

This is a Full-time position – 39 hours per week.

Garda Vetting and a clean medical will be required for the successful applicant.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement person-centred care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents, staff, and visitors
• Support residents in social, recreational, and educational activities
• Adhere to best nursing practices and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Nursing qualification and NMBI registration
• Knowledge of HIQA’s National Quality Standards for Residential Care Settings
• Understanding of dementia care and older persons' needs

Salary

€39,063.00 - €47,335.00 per year
