Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Be responsible for the processing the correspondence, mail traffic, and appointments for the team
- Self-dependently create of documents, e.g. in the form of statistics and presentations, as well as in the plan and realize events
- Proactively evaluate and administer data, e.g. for ordering materials or checking invoices after independently recognizing that this is necessary
- Be responsible for creating protocols and managing documents, e.g. in the form archive maintenance
- Perform travel arrangements and expense reports
- Proactively take over tasks for personnel matters, e.g. by providing lists for the recording of working hours and archiving of documents, responsibly

In case of additional function IT coordinator:
- Act as the interface between end users and IT operators in close cooperation with the helpdesk, e.g. by introducing new employees to IT issues or participating in IT information events and passing on the information as a multiplier
- Proactively support IT business processes and actively contribute to their planning and optimization
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You always maintain an overview and recognize exactly where support is needed. You manage to maintain a trusting working relationship with the team. In doing so, you succeed not only in reliably completing current tasks, but also in recognizing future requirements at an early stage - and then taking the initiative to proactively deal with them. In doing so, you show the highest level of commitment at all times and take responsibility for your tasks.
- A relevant and completed vocational training of at least three years
- At least 3 years of subject-specific professional experience in the field of assistance or an additional specialized qualification (e.g. a secretarial training)
- Profound knowledge of common MS Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fun and talent in organizational matters
- Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken
