This role sits within our Stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menu's. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK.

Job Description - Staffing Manager

Elior UK are currently recruiting an Staffing Manager to work within the Operations based at Rangers Football Club.

Hours of work will be 40 hours per week on a 5 day over 7 pattern which would incorporate matchdays

Responsibilities

Actively recruit Hospitality Matchday Staff

Ensure all the correct Right to Work checks are completed

Liaise with Heads of Department on staffing requirements each week.

Complete costed rotas within Budget

Process weekly payroll

Matchday staff check in and uniform checks

Assisting Kitchen Manager and Retail Manager with staffing requirements on ad hoc basis
