We are seeking a full-time Staffing Specialist/Customer Service Representative to start immediately in our Maitland office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Daily, Weekly, Monthly):
- Maintain consist communication with on-site staff clinicians to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Provides miscellaneous office administrative support including telephone support for applicants and clients.
- Keep accurate schedules of employees and their assigned jobs and pay rate.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions by communicating with clinicians regarding available shifts and schedules.
- Gather timesheets and address time discrepancies.
- Processing payroll.
- Maintain individual provider files to include up to date information needed to complete the required company, state, and federal guidelines
- Assist clinicians with credentialing inquiries
- Screening clinician’s documentation to ascertain their eligibility
- Ensure compliance with all other federal, state and local laws.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and Experience: Must be able to communicate well with customers. Must possess clear written and verbal communication skills, good time management skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well in fast paced environment. Is able to maintain confidential information. Displays excellent customer service and organizational skills. Demonstrates professionalism, dedication, an even temperament, and strong desire to deliver quality work. Flexibility and problem-solving skills to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be computer literate with intermediate Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel knowledge. Staffing background, a plus. Medical background in staffing a plus.
Education, Licenses, Certificates Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. 1+ relevant/transferable years' work experience. 1+ years' of payroll and customer service experience preferred.
Hours: Full-time position- Rotating Schedules- Days and evenings- Includes 1 weekend day (40 hrs/wk)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
