Rejoignez notre service RH, où vous intégrerez le volet formation
Vos tâches :
participation à l'élaboration du plan de formation annuel
Mise en place et suivi du plan de formation
Suivi et planification des formations des différentes entités du Groupe, avec les différents responsables
Contact et gestion des fournisseurs
Gestion du dossier de cofinancement
Analyse et évaluations des formations
Suivi et identification des compétences
Vos compétences :
un diplôme en RH et/ou une première expérience dans la fonction
Grand sens de l'organisation
Excellent relationnel
Maîtrise des outils informatiques MS Office, la connaissance des logiciels de Gesper Formation est un avantage
