We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and enthusiastic Administrator to join our busy and growing Stage School team. This is a key role within the organisation, providing administrative support across all areas of the school and acting as a primary point of contact for parents, students, staff, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Director and Secretary to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the school, classes, camps, performances, and events throughout the year.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Registration & Enrolment
- Manage all registration and enrolment requests for weekly classes, workshops, holiday camps, and special programmes.
- Process new registrations and maintain accurate student records.
- Monitor class capacities and waiting lists.
- Assist families with registration queries and payment information.
Parent & Student Communication
- Communicate important news, updates, schedules, and event information to parents and students.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails, phone calls, and general enquiries.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across all school activities.
Administration & Operations
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director and Secretary.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of school activities, events, productions, and camps.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare documents, reports, schedules, and correspondence as required.
Chaperone & Event Coordination
- Organise and manage chaperone schedules for performances, events, and examinations.
- Liaise with chaperones regarding assignments, availability, and requirements.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is completed and maintained.
Supplier & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a point of contact for suppliers and service providers.
- Coordinate orders, bookings, and administrative arrangements with external partners.
- Maintain positive working relationships with all suppliers and stakeholders.
General Support
- Support the smooth running of the school office and daily operations.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as directed.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and management to achieve organisational goals.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, office management, or customer service role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working within an educational, performing arts, or children's activity environment.
- Experience with enrolment or booking systems.
- Knowledge of event coordination and scheduling.
- Familiarity with social media and digital communications.

Pay: Up to €1,500.00 per month
