Abbiamo un'opportunità di stage per un/a impiegato/a amministrativo/a presso la nostra sede di Bergamo.
Il candidato, in qualità di amministrativo, aiuterà principalmente il dipartimento di Business Operation, supportando anche gli altri reparti dell'ufficio.

Il candidato, in qualità di amministrativo, aiuterà principalmente il dipartimento di Business Operation, supportando anche gli altri reparti dell'ufficio.
Principali Mansioni:
- Test di Salesforce (in particolare aggiornamenti da parte dell'IT).
- Creazione di account e opportunità in Sales Force.
- Controllo e aggiornamento degli account.
- Confermare con i rappresentanti di vendita le loro previsioni.
- Revisione delle opportunità di rinnovo (ESSS e Ansys).
- Creazione di presentazioni e notifiche/appuntamenti di aggiornamento.
- Aiutare i rappresentanti di vendita a creare opportunità in Salesforce.
- Inserire preventivi ad Ansys.
- Rapporti su Salesforce.
- Assistenza al cruscotto.
- Assistenza ai rappresentanti di vendita.
- Assistenza ai rappresentanti di vendita con i rapporti ANSYS.
- Riunione con l'IT sui processi e su Salesforce.
- Riunioni del team BUSOP.
- Formazione e studio delle politiche ANSYS.
Si richiede:
- Titolo di studio Universitario, preferibilmente in Economia.
- Capacità analitiche, organizzative e buona predisposizione al lavorare in un team.
- Buona padronanza degli strumenti informatici e del pacchetto Office.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

- Contratto in stage full-time della durata di 6 mesi.
