The Opportunity:
Ready to make your mark? Reporting to the General Manager – Western Australia, this hands-on leadership role will see you responsible for driving the smooth day-to-day operational requirements of the business, leading our high-performing warehouse and hose kit manufacturing team, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing stock and maintaining accurate stock levels in the Canning Vale Warehouse.
Oversee the manufacture of hose kits to customer specifications and ensure delivery by due dates
Monitoring, directing, leading and coaching team members to improve performance
Ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel.
Managing Customer order progression
Inventory management for remote stock locations - Tom Price Service Centre, Kalgoorlie Service Centre, Pilbara Service Trucks, Newmont Boddington, and future locations that come online

About You:

Hydraulic hose experience preferred, however candidates from industrial hose, pneumatic or hydraulic equipment backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Outstanding reliability, punctual and detail orientated
Safety conscious and able to facilitate and coordinate operation related duties
Natural people leader with an ability to build, train, mentor and lead a team
