Gihon Care is seeking dedicated Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide high-quality, personalized care to clients from a variety of sources, including private clients and individuals receiving services through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) program.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, hygiene, and mobility
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and companionship
• Support clients in maintaining independence and achieving personal goals
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed

Requirements:

✔ Must be 18 years or older
✔ Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
✔ Ability to pass a background check & drug screening
✔ Compassionate, patient, and eager to make a positive impact
✔ Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or DSP roles preferred but not required—we provide training!
