Full-Time Night-Time Security Officer – Knockraha, Co. Cork

iSecure Security is currently recruiting a Full-Time Night-Time Security Officer for a static site based in Knockraha, Co. Cork. This role is suited to a dependable, alert professional who is comfortable working independently and using basic technology.

Please note: A full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to the rural location.

Hourly rate of €15.50 plus night time allowance (TBC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular patrols and site checks throughout the night
• Monitor on-site CCTV systems and respond to any unusual activity
• Lock and unlock premises as required
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, emergency services, and colleagues
• Record incidents and complete shift reports using digital systems
• Operate basic security software and mobile technology as needed

Requirements:

• Valid PSA Licence (essential)
• Full, clean driving licence and your own transport (essential due to rural location)
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and standard software
• Availability to work overnight and on weekends
• Previous experience in a security role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert during long shifts

Shift Pattern:

• Week 1: 4 night shifts
• Week 2: 3 night shifts
• Overnight hours (exact times to be confirmed)
