NOW HIRING PRODUCTION STEEL PROCESSOR AND WELDING POSITION:

No experience needed, we will train!

QSR Outdoor Products is a local company that manufactures products for the outdoor sporting goods industry. We are a company with approximately 16 employees. We are looking for responsible employees who have great attitudes and who truly want to work hard for themselves. No experience is necessary for consideration.

Ability for raises and promotion for those who meet and exceed standards and expectations on a regular basis

Employee Responsibilities:

Weld simple assemblies ranging from tack welds to 3" seams

MIG welders used, company will train

Use jigs to maintain consistent output

Cut various steel materials from 20’ lengths according to given measurements

Use semi-automated equipment to cut and form various materials

Process large batches and keep accurate counts of materials processed

Use hand tools to bend and form parts

Use bench grinder to process some parts

Interpret basic CAD drawings to ensure quality and accuracy of parts

Qualifications/Skills:

Must be able to read and use tape measure to 1/16” measurements

Must keep a clean organized work area and follow procedures to minimize waste

Must be able to meet or exceed the production standards set forth by management

Must maintain consistent output and quality

Must maintain good attendance

Must be able to take direction from management and department leaders

Must have a positive and friendly attitude

Must have attention to detail

Must be able to stay on task

Compensation and Hours

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with the ability for raises if exceeding the production standards

Hours are Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Major Holidays off and paid (starting from hire date)

2 optional unpaid 10-minute breaks and 30-minute unpaid lunch break

401K Plan and Vacation time after first year of employment

Health Insurance offered after 90 days for full time employees
