They're currently seeking experienced Finnish STEM writers to help them train generative AI models to become more fluent, accurate, and creative in Finnish.

As a Finnish STEM AI Writing Specialist, you will contribute to cutting-edge AI development by reviewing, ranking, and refining model-generated text. You’ll help ensure that AI systems produce clear, factual, and natural-sounding Finnish content.

Sample projects may include:

• Evaluating and ranking AI-generated responses based on accuracy, fluency, and creativity
• Writing short stories, informational pieces, or essays in Finnish on assigned topics
• Assessing the factual accuracy and linguistic quality of Finnish text produced by AI models

These are not strict requirements — you are encouraged to apply if you have related experience or skills.

• Professional experience as a Translator, Writer, Editor, or Journalist

• Background or coursework in STEM, Professional Writing, or Law

• Strong command of Finnish grammar, vocabulary, and cultural nuance

• Ability to provide clear, detailed written feedback
