Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and dependable Stewards / Servers to join our team. You will ensure guests receive exceptional service, maintain cleanliness, and assist with various tasks in dining areas and kitchen support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, present menus
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
- Clear and reset tables, maintain cleanliness
- Ensure dining areas are clean and stocked
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards
Requirements
- Prior experience as a server, waiter, or steward preferred
- Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Punjabi]
- Able to stand, walk, lift trays, and handle fast pace
- Team player, punctual, well-groomed and courteous
- Flexible with shifts (weekends / holidays)
