Description:
About the Role
As our Dealership Stock Control Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of our inventory operations — ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless coordination across departments. Your work will directly support sales performance, customer satisfaction, and dealership success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of vehicle stock control, including procurement, logistics, and documentation
• Monitor stock movements, conduct audits, and reconcile discrepancies
• Collaborate with the Sales leadership team to forecast stock needs and maintain optimal inventory levels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Toyota Australia and other Toyota dealerships.
• Process vehicle transactions and ensure accurate settlement details
• Manage VIC Roads registrations and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Conduct compliance audits, including vehicle records and maintenance logs
• Prepare and process the purchase and RO’s required
• Coordinate with sales, service, and external suppliers to manage installations
• Track vehicle movements and delivery timelines
• Support pre-delivery processes and ensure all deal packs and documentation are complete
• Maintain strong product knowledge across the Toyota range

You’ll Bring

• Experience in automotive dealership inventory or stock control (Toyota experience will be highly advantageous)
• Strong understanding of vehicle builds and stock inventory/movement
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency with inventory systems and MS Office
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• A current VIC Driver’s Licence
