Position

As a Stock Support , you will play a key role in assisting the Stock Controller to ensure efficient back-of-house operations and seamless stock management. You will support the delivery, preparation, and replenishment of stock, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. By working closely with the Stock Controller and the store team, you will help maintain optimal stock levels on the shop floor, contributing to a smooth store operation and an exceptional client experience.

Job responsibilities

Stock Support:

  • Assist the Stock Controller in receiving, checking, and organizing deliveries.
  • Support accurate and timely replenishment of products to the shop floor.
  • Help maintain an organized and efficient stockroom, ensuring all products are stored safely and logically.
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low stock to the Stock Controller.
  • Collaborate with the store team to ensure the right products are available for clients.
  • Assist in periodic stock takes and inventory counts.
  • Support the implementation of stock control procedures and best practices.
  • Uphold brand standards and act as an ambassador for the company in all stock-related activities.

General duties:

  • Follow the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Be fully integrated to the store team (participate in the morning briefing) and contribute to achieving the overall objectives of the store.
  • Develop the highest Brand and product knowledge.
  • Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.
