We are looking for a reliable, organised and hardworking Stockroom / Webstore Fulfilment Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a varied role that combines stockroom operations with webstore fulfilment & e-commerce support. You will play an important part in ensuring stock is accurately managed, customer orders are processed efficiently, and our online store operates smoothly.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on work and computer-based tasks, with an interest in retail operations and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, check and organise incoming stock deliveries.
• Update stock availability and product information.
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient stockroom environment.
• Assist website maintenance using digital tools and AI-powered software.

Skills & Experience

• Previous stockroom, warehouse, retail or fulfilment experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

What We're Looking For

This is not a traditional stockroom role. We are looking for someone who enjoys a varied workday and is comfortable dividing their time between stockroom duties and webstore fulfilment operations.

The successful candidate will be an important part of our team, helping to ensure products move efficiently from delivery through to customer dispatch while supporting the ongoing growth of our online business.

Pay: €14.00-€14.30 per hour
