Stone Polisher/Fabricator - 1st Or 2nd Shift

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Polisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finishing and polishing various materials to ensure high-quality standards are met. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently. The Polisher will play a vital role in the production process, contributing to the overall quality of our products.

Responsibilities

• Operate polishing equipment and tools to achieve desired finishes on materials.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet production deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance on polishing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols while operating heavy equipment and handling materials.
• Assist in warehouse operations, including material handling and inventory management.
• Fabricate and build components as needed, utilizing mechanical knowledge and skills.

Experience

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
• Familiarity with welding, machining, concrete forming, and fabrication processes is a plus.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is beneficial.
• Ability to operate forklifts and concrete mixers safely is an asset.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the capability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
• A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
