Stonemason

We are seeking an experienced and skilled stonemason to join our team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, including:

• Stone carving, cutting, and shaping.
• Restoration of historical buildings and monuments.
• Installation of stonework for new construction projects.
• Repairing and maintaining stone structures.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
• Select appropriate materials and tools for each project.
• Use hand and power tools to shape and finish stone pieces.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and other tradespeople.
• Maintain tools and workspace in good condition.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a stonemason or similar role.
• Proficiency in using masonry tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
• Good understanding of safety protocols and guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,659.27 – $62,852.48 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

• Overtime pay
