ABOUT YOUR ROLE


  • The role of the Store Activation Specialist is to perform the fulfilment service to our Vending Stores to maximise product availability and consumer experience. The role will do this by:
  • Safely executing the daily filling schedule as prescribed by the National Store Inventory Team.
  • Embedding the Vending 5 Star Standard during the fulfilment process, in line with the Planned Called principles, ensuring that Stores are left clean, working and ready to sell.
  • Providing feedback to the District Operations Manager relating to opportunities to improve service and standards or new business.
  • Reducing Stock and Cash Variance by correctly capturing fulfillment data into the Hand-Held Terminal device.
  • Embedding SWPs and JSAs into a safe culture for all Store Operations Team members, including supporting programs to improve compliance to COR.
  • Executing the Vending KPI’s as per Vending long range planning

  • Strong focus on customer and consumer experience
  • knowledge of CCEP brands and Vending business
  • Deliver exceptional fulfillment service and experience during all interactions
  • Strong routines to be established and maintained

Planning & Strategy

  • Can articulate CCEP category strategy and benefits for consumer
  • Effective and efficient planning daily
  • Undertakes robust process management (Planned Call)

Operate Systems

  • Proficient in the operation of CCEP’s mobile handheld device (SaMV)
  • Integrum Safety application

Contribute to a Safe Workplace

  • Always demonstrates a preventative and proactive behaviour towards safety
  • Demonstrates safe manual handling techniques, Loading/unloading ridged vehicle
  • Demonstrates safe driving techniques (speed limits, cornering, braking)
  • Adheres to all safety and compliance policies with particular attention to Chain of Responsibility
