Description:
MUJI Galeries is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Store Administrator. The Store Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail establishment. As the Store Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that are essential to the efficient running of our store.

Responsibilities

  • Support cash management activities, such as preparing bank deposits, counting floats, investigating discrepancies and ordering banking stationary
  • Support the store management team with overseeing the operations of the registers
  • Support the store management team with various administrative duties such as ordering office supplies, reporting and auditing
  • Human resources and payroll related activities such as monitoring absenteeism, maintaining accurate timecards, and inputting schedules
This is a part-time, 32 hour per week role with a set schedule. You will work a consistent Monday to Friday roster, ensuring your weekends are always yours.

Skills and Experiences:
  • Experience in a similar administration role within a retail store environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with exceptional attention to detail skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with an ability to effectively prioritise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and experience with Kronos is highly desirable
