Role & Responsibilities

• Handle General Store and Pharmacy Store activities.
• Receive, check, and maintain medicines, medical supplies, consumables, and other store items.
• Maintain proper records of stock received, issued, and available.
• Issue medicines and materials to authorized departments as per requirement.
• Check quantity, batch number, expiry date, and condition of pharmacy items.
• Follow FEFO/FIFO system for medicines and applicable stock.
• Arrange and store medicines and other materials properly as per storage requirements.
• Maintain accurate records for pharmacy and general store items.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the Store In-charge about low-stock items.
• Identify and report damaged, expired, or near-expiry items.
• Assist in physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Maintain stock registers, issue records, and inventory documents.
• Ensure cleanliness, proper storage, and safety of the store area.
• Follow hospital safety, infection control, and HR policies.
• Maintain proper attendance, dress code, discipline, and teamwork.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 12th Pass; graduation preferred.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in hospital, pharmacy, or store/inventory management.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.

Salary

₹30,000 per month

• Good knowledge of stock and inventory management.
• Good record-keeping and computer skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy store procedures and medicine stock handling.
• Responsible, organized, and disciplined.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
