Description:
M.J. Bale is looking for two experienced Store Business Managers to lead our Bondi Junction concessions—one in David Jones and one in Myer.

Founded in Australia in 2009, M.J. Bale is a leading Australian menswear brand with more than 80 stores and concessions. We are a certified B Corp and Official Tailor to the Australian Test cricket team, the Wallabies and the Socceroos.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day performance of your concession, leading your team, driving sales and delivering the level of service M.J. Bale is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching and developing your team
Driving sales and achieving store KPIs
Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
Delivering expert advice across suiting, fit and styling
Managing rosters, stock and daily store operations
Maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards
Working closely with M.J. Bale and the David Jones or Myer store leadership team

Skills and Experiences:
About you

You’ll bring:
Retail management experience, ideally in premium fashion or menswear
A strong sales record and confidence working towards targets
The ability to motivate and develop a team
Strong customer service and clienteling skills
A good eye for styling, presentation and detail
A hands-on, organised approach to store operations
Availability across a seven-day retail roster
