About Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Business Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take ownership of store performance, lead from the front, and build a high-performing, engaged team. You will drive commercial results while delivering an exceptional, premium customer experience that reflects the M.J. Bale brand.

Proven retail leadership experience with a strong track record in driving sales and performance
Passion for delivering a premium, personalised customer experience
Strong people leadership capability with a focus on coaching and team development
Commercial and operational mindset across stock, VM and store standards
