Store Business Manager (SBM) — Chapel Street

We’re looking for a commercially savvy Store Business Manager to take ownership of our Chapel Street store. If you love building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving results, this is your next move.

Lead the floor: set the pace for premium service, styling and conversion
Coach for impact: onboard, train and performance-manage a team that loves winning together
Drive results: analyse KPIs, build action plans, and celebrate the wins
Run operations: rostering, cash/stock integrity, shrink control, compliance & WHS
Own the brand moment: maintain impeccable VM and champion omni-channel (Click & Collect, ship-from-store)
Grow the community: build local relationships and repeat business through authentic clienteling
Skills and Experiences:
About you
Proven experience as a Store/Business/Flagship Manager (or strong ASM stepping up) in fashion or premium retail
A natural people leader: inspires, sets clear expectations, gives feedback, and develops talent
Sales and KPI driven, with sharp commercial judgement and attention to detail
Confident with retail systems (POS/roster/inventory) and comfortable with reporting
Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends (essential)
