We are now seeking two experienced Store Business Managers to lead our Claremont and Enex locations in Western Australia.

About the Role

This is not just another retail management role.

As a Store Business Manager, you will own your business—driving performance, leading from the front, and building a team that delivers an exceptional, premium customer experience.

You will be responsible for:
Driving sales performance, KPIs and profitability
Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
Creating a premium in-store experience aligned with the M.J. Bale brand
Managing stock, VM and operational excellence
Building strong customer relationships and repeat business

Skills and Experiences:
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in retail leadership (Store Manager or equivalent)
A strong track record of driving sales and team performance
Passion for premium retail, styling and customer experience
A natural leader who thrives on coaching and developing people
Strong commercial mindset with attention to detail across store operations
