M.J. Bale is searching for two outstanding Store Business Managers to lead our stores in:

• Claremont
• Perth

The Opportunity

As a Store Business Manager, you will take full ownership of your store’s people, performance and operations.

You will:

• Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing store team
• Create an engaging, accountable and results-focused culture
• Drive sales, profitability and performance against key business targets
• Develop a loyal client base through personalised service and clienteling
• Use performance insights to identify opportunities and take meaningful action
• Recruit, onboard and develop talented team members
• Manage rosters, wage costs and staffing requirements effectively
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Oversee stock management, loss prevention and operational compliance
• Partner with regional and support office teams to deliver key initiatives
• Represent M.J. Bale with confidence, professionalism and pride

Skills and Experiences:
About You

You are a visible, hands-on leader who knows how to motivate a team, build strong client relationships and turn commercial opportunities into results.

You will ideally bring:

• Proven store management experience within premium fashion, luxury, menswear or a similarly fast-paced retail environment
• A demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with KPIs, budgets, rosters and wage management
• A genuine passion for coaching, developing and recognising people
• Experience building client relationships and driving repeat business
• Excellent communication, organisation and decision-making skills
• High standards of presentation and attention to detail
• A proactive, solutions-focused and accountable leadership style
• Flexibility to work across a seven-day retail roster
