We’re looking for a Part-Time Store Business Manager to lead our David Jones Chatswood concession, driving performance while delivering a refined, service-led in-store experience.

The Role

You’ll lead from the front, driving sales, developing your team and ensuring a premium experience for every customer within a fast-paced department store environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
Drive sales, KPIs and concession performance
Deliver a premium, personalised customer experience
Build strong relationships within the David Jones environment
Maintain high standards across VM, stock and presentation
Support recruitment, onboarding and team development

Skills and Experiences:
About You

Experience in retail leadership (Store Manager, 2IC or similar)
Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
Commercial mindset with a drive for results
Confident, hands-on leader who leads from the front
Experience in a concession or department store environment (preferred)
