About the Role

We are seeking a driven and people-focused Part-Time Store Manager to lead our team within David Jones Macarthur Square.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced retail environment, where you will take ownership of store performance, lead from the front, and build a high-performing, engaged team—while working a part-time roster.

You will be responsible for driving commercial results while delivering a premium, personalised customer experience that reflects the M.J. Bale brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the store and team to achieve sales and KPI targets
Deliver a premium, high-touch customer experience on the floor
Coach, develop and motivate team members
Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, stock and operations
Take ownership of store performance within a David Jones concession environment

Skills and Experiences:
Skills & Experience

Retail leadership experience (Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor level)
Strong track record in driving sales and team performance
Passion for customer experience, styling and service
Confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work a part-time roster with flexibility
