We are looking for a Store Business Manager to lead our David Jones Macquarie concession, driving performance while delivering an exceptional in-store experience aligned with both the M.J. Bale and David Jones brand standards.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take ownership of your concession, leading a high-performing team, building strong relationships within the David Jones environment, and delivering a premium, service-led customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver strong sales and service outcomes
Drive sales performance, KPIs and concession results
Deliver a premium, personalised customer experience aligned to a department store environment
Build strong relationships with David Jones stakeholders and teams
Ensure high standards across visual merchandising, stock and presentation
Recruit, onboard and develop talent within your team
Identify opportunities to grow performance within your location

Skills and Experiences:
About You

Proven experience in a Store Manager or leadership role within retail
Strong focus on customer experience and relationship building
Commercial mindset with the ability to drive results
Confident leader who can coach and influence a team
Experience working within a concession or department store environment (highly regarded)
Hands-on, proactive and solutions-focused
