Description:
The Store Manager at M.J. Bale is a pivotal role that requires a combination of leadership, operational expertise, and a strong customer focus. The responsibilities of the Store Manager include:

• Leading and managing all aspects of the store's operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Developing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
• Recruiting, training, and supervising staff to deliver outstanding service and drive sales performance
• Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and ensuring the store's presentation is in line with brand guidelines
• Managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock takes to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess stock
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
• Building strong relationships with customers and providing personalized styling advice when needed
• Contributing to the development of marketing initiatives and events to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
• Collaborating with the head office team on reporting, budgeting, and forecasting as required

• Prior experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Experience in creating and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth
• Familiarity with performance evaluation processes for staff members
