• Inward - material both Imports & Local
• Outward - material to customers OR to Branches as Stock Transfer
• Documentation process - for both inward and outward
• Issuing Delivery Challan & Service Tools Issue Note
• Loading & UnLoading of materials
• Proper tracking of all materials inward and outward
• Getting Material packed for disptaches
• Should take care of various dispatch modes - via - courier / transporeter / personally handover the material tot Privatte Bus Operators - during urgency
• After disptach - keep track of courier dockets / transporter doc
• Inform the respective csutomer / branches / Engineers on the distapches
• Physical Stock verification - once in THREE months
• Attention to urgency spare parts dispatch - like late evening or Saturday Second Half
• Should have thorough knowledge and working exposure to MS-Office (MS-Excel / MS-Word / Ms-Outlook)
• Good Communication skills in English
• Independently Communicate in English
• Languages - Kannada / English

Should have 2 to 3 years experience in stores handling and inventory management.

Qualification : Any Degree

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
