• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform stock audits, and maintain accurate records.
• Material Management: Inspect incoming shipments, prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and issue materials based on approved requisitions.
• Dispatch Planning: Schedule daily dispatches, coordinate with transport vendors, and prepare delivery challans, tax invoices, and shipping documentation.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure order readiness and on-time delivery
