Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain accurate stock records in SAP and perform daily transactions (GRN, GI, stock transfer, reservations).
• Conduct periodic stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation between physical vs. SAP stock.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.

2. Material Receiving & Issuance

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, and documentation.
• Prepare GRNs in SAP.
• Issue materials to production/other departments against authorized requisitions (via SAP).
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO and ensure compliance with storage guidelines.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain all store documents such as inward/outward registers, delivery notes, and inspection reports.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly SAP inventory reports.
• Coordinate with finance for stock valuation and audit requirements.

4. SAP Operations (Mandatory)

• Perform SAP MM transactions (GR, GI, Transfer Posting, Material Master viewing, etc.).
• Create and manage reservations, purchase requisitions, and stock reports in SAP.
• Resolve SAP-related issues with internal IT/SAP support team.

5. Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with procurement, quality, logistics, and production teams for smooth material flow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in store processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
