Job Title: Store Incharge – Garment Division

Department: Garment / Stores

Location: Tirupur

Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage the overall garment store operations, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and movement of garments, while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting production and dispatch requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the garment store and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records of garment inward and outward movements.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production and sales teams for timely replenishment.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of garments to prevent damage or mix-up.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
  • Supervise store staff, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Coordinate with dispatch for timely delivery of garments to respective locations.
  • Maintain housekeeping, safety, and compliance standards within the store area.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or damages immediately.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of garment inventory management.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / SAP or store management software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Textile / Supply Chain / Related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in garment store management or related role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
