We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage and control materials, tools, and inventory for our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in storekeeping within real estate or construction projects, ensuring accurate stock records, timely material availability, and proper storage practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records (inward, outward, and balance stock) in ERP system
• Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials in the store
• Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory audits
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and procurement teams
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the store
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
• Handle vendor delivery notes, GRNs, and material return records

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Store Keeper in real estate or construction projects
• Knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, finishing items, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
• Experience with ERP or inventory software is an advantage
• High school certificate or equivalent (Diploma in Inventory/Store Management preferred)
