Job Description – Store Keeper

Location: Delhi – Thal Sena Site
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Department: Stores / Site Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain proper records of all materials received, issued, and available at the site store.
• Receive and verify materials as per purchase orders, delivery challans, and required specifications.
• Issue materials to site teams as per authorized requirements.
• Maintain stock registers, material receipts, issue records, and inventory reports.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and ensure proper reconciliation of stock.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials to avoid damage or shortage.
• Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Purchase, and Accounts teams regarding material requirements and stock status.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned team about material shortages or requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure the store remains organized and secure.
• Follow company/site safety and store management procedures.

Requirements

• Qualification:Diploma or relevant qualification will be an advantage.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in a construction/site environment.
• Good knowledge of inventory and material management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer-based stock records.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle site-store responsibilities independently.

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
