Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Store Keeper to manage material receiving, storage, inventory, and issue activities at our NBCC Government Project in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify construction materials at the project site.
• Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials.
• Update material receipts and issues in the ERP system.
• Maintain stock registers and inventory records.
• Issue materials against approved material requisitions.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with ERP records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate material requirements.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, and Site teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and prevent material wastage or loss.

Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred.
• Experience: 1–5 years as a Store Keeper in construction/infrastructure projects.
• ERP knowledge is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, inventory management, and store documentation.
• Knowledge of construction materials will be preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work at Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh.
• Knowledge of Telugu language will be preferred.
• Experience in Government / NBCC / Infrastructure Projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
