We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Manager to lead daily operations and bring SKYBIRD’s mission to life. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth service and team efficiency.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Track sales performance and prepare weekly reports.
- Uphold SKYBIRD’s values of quality, flavour, and hospitality in every interaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with POS systems and reporting tools.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for food and customer service.
