Per il nostro nuovo punto vendita di Meda siamo alla ricerca di un Store Manager.
Avrai l’opportunità di entrare a far parte di un contesto altamente motivato, dinamico e in continuo sviluppo sul territorio nazionale.
Principali responsabilità:
Coordinamento di tutte le attività del Kartodromo ( pista, officina, cassa )con la finalità di assicurare alla clientela un servizio focalizzato sulla sicurezza, di ottima qualità e una esperienza unica;
Gestire le necessità dei clienti in modo produttivo ed empatico;
Garantire una padronanza delle tecniche di gestione e una leadership
In modo da poter offrire ai clienti un’ esperienza in linea con gli importanti valori del Brand;
Requisiti:
- Spiccate doti empatiche e di problem solving
- Attitudine positiva e capacità di lavorare in team.
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni anche serali e festivi.
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo maturato in contesti similari
( Parchi Ludici – Kartodromi ) sarà considerata un plus.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
