Now Hiring: Store Manager
Cap’t Loui – Fort Lee, NJ
Full-Time
We’re currently looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Host/Server to join our team! If you’re passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you.
For manager position
2–5 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
- Progression through roles like server, shift leader, or assistant manager.
- Experience with:
- Customer service
- POS systems (e.g., Toast, Square)
- Scheduling and payroll
- Inventory and ordering
- Health and safety compliance
Skills
Essential skills for restaurant managers include:
- Leadership and team motivation
- Conflict resolution and communication
- Time and staff management
- Budgeting and cost control
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (ServSafe certification is often required)
Certifications (Often Preferred)
- ServSafe Manager Certification (food safety) is a plus
