What You'll Do

As Store Manager, you'll lead every aspect of boutique operations while delivering an elevated customer experience.

Drive Sales & Community Engagement

• Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and personal styling.
• Develop local partnerships and host community events, Girls' Night Out experiences, trunk shows, and charitable initiatives.
• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for continued growth.

Deliver a Luxury Customer Experience

• Create a welcoming, inspiring shopping environment.
• Build customer loyalty through personalized follow-up and relationship building.
• Coach your team to become trusted style advisors who deliver memorable experiences.

Develop High-Performing Talent

• Recruit, coach, and retain exceptional sales professionals.
• Foster a positive, energetic, and collaborative culture.
• Provide ongoing training, performance coaching, and career development.
• Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

Lead Boutique Operations

• Oversee daily operations, inventory, scheduling, payroll, and store standards.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation.
• Ensure operational excellence while protecting company assets and profitability.
• Drive continuous improvements in efficiency and customer experience.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has 5+ years of leadership experience (luxury or specialty retail preferred).
• Inspires and develops high-performing teams.
• Is passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering personalized service.
• Thinks like an entrepreneur and enjoys growing a business.
• Is highly organized, energetic, and solutions-oriented.
• Builds genuine relationships with customers and the local community.
• Communicates with confidence and professionalism.
• Is comfortable working weekends, holidays, and in a fast-paced retail environment.
