Job Description:Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the retail store and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Monitor KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, Average Bill Value (ABV), Average Selling Price (ASP), UPT (Units Per Transaction), and Footfall.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation as per company guidelines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, stock availability, and proper replenishment.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely stock receipt and issue resolution.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, cash handling procedures, billing accuracy, and loss prevention measures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and share business updates with the Regional Manager.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, staff attendance, rostering, training, and performance management.
• Manage store expenses and ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other store-related activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Retail Management preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in retail, with at least 1–2 years in a Store Manager role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret business metrics.
• Proficient in MS Excel and retail billing/POS systems.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.

Preferred Industry

• Retail, Apparel, Kids & Baby Products, FMCG, Consumer Durables, or Lifestyle Retail.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
