Store Manager

About the Role:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store runs efficiently while leading a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- To look after the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

- Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability.

- Set sales targets, analyse sales data, and identify areas for improvement.

- Train, mentor, and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, merchandising, and financial transactions.

- Develop and execute purchasing, pricing, and marketing strategies.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

- A person with the qualification level of 6 or 7.

- ⁠Full training will be provided.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A solid understanding of sales, customer service, and inventory management.

- Ability to analyse sales data and implement effective strategies.

- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks.

- Applicants must have a valid work visa, New Zealand residency, or citizenship. Sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate.
