As a Store Manager you will of lead a positive, energetic and high performance culture within your restaurant. You will play a key part ensuring your team succeeds and delivers a great customer experience for everyone.What will you do?• Encourage and motivate your team to reach new levels of success• Connect with customers and provide an amazing experience each visit• Grow sales in your store• Be accountable for the overall performance of the store• Manage costs and be responsible for the P&L for your store• Act with integrity and build a positive team culture• Inspire high levels of performance from those you work with• Be responsible for the health and well-being of your team in the workplaceTo be a successful candidate in this position you will need to demonstrate the following:• Experience of 1 Year or more in similar field as a manager• Proven operational and procedural knowledge• Demonstrated ability to coach team members• Strong customer service & problem solving skills• Business education Level 6 or aboveWe are committed to the continuous development of our people!
