o Lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve high performance and provide excellent customer service.
o Develop staffing schedules and ensure the store is properly always staffed.
o Provide feedback and performance evaluations to team members and address any employee performance issues.
o Drive sales growth by identifying sales opportunities
o Analyze sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
o Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product offerings and suggest upselling and cross-selling techniques to staff.
o Ensure that all customer inquiries, complaints, and issues are handled professionally and efficiently.
o Foster a customer-focused environment and create memorable experiences for all customers.
o Implement and maintain company policies related to customer service standards.
o Oversee inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure accurate stock counts and product placement.
o Ensure that products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner.
o Collaborate with the supply chain team to manage product orders and maintain adequate stock levels.
o Ensure store operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
o Oversee store cleanliness, security procedures, and maintenance to ensure a safe and inviting environment.
o Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management, including sales, inventory, and staff performance data.
