We are looking for store manager superstar to join our team. No one day will be the same in our stores; keeping you on your toes all day!

The role:

As a Store Manager you will need to adapt to an ever-changing environment and think outside the box. You will use your excellent communication skills and experience to develop a positive face to face relationship with our customers, delivering them a wide range of services. You will need to be confident, patient and understanding in an environment that changes in a split second.

This role requires you to work on a roster basis.

What we are looking for:

You will need to have previous retail management or similar experience and ideally have a valid pawn broker license. You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written. Along with being able to multi-task, computer literate and a team player, you will need to have previous retail or similar experience. The role is not limited to pawn broking only but also includes Retail, general store duties, maintain online sales, determining product mix, stock levels, service standards, staffing responsibilities, financial matters ( accounts receivable and payable), payroll, maintaining KPI'S, customer feedback, maintain store records, train staff.etc
